Relax Inn

The care given and reasonable price makes up for the outdated and worse for wear rooms, it might not be luxurious but it’s clean and gave me the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The beds feel wonderful.

We stayed at Relax inn hotel, I would say it almost perfect, The capacity of the room was enough us friends, The bed were so smooth and very comfortable. The staff were so professional and friendly, plus the WiFi connection was strong and reliable which was perfect for staying connected. Overall this hotel is a must to visit will recommend it to my family too.. I will surely coming back soon.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a motel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this motel.

Management is so friendly and helpful going out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The rooms are clean, well stocked, and decorated. It was also very quiet both nights, and the showers have amazing pressure!

Great little spot that is not out-of-the-way and is outside the city. Arrived very late for check-in and they accommodated me just fine even with my dog, which is kind of hard to do these days. Thanks so much for the little snack bag on arrival, and all of the hospitality.

Great place to stay! I highly recommend Relax Inn as a place to stay when traveling through the area. It has a new owner, who is doing many upgrades to the rooms. The only reason I gave rooms 4 stars is because they are being renovated. The new owner and his staff are very polite, nice, respectful and professional. They are attentive to the guest's property and ensure their guests feel safe, RELAXed and enjoy their stay.

My wife and I stayed there on our way to a family reunion in North Carolina, the couple managing the motel was super nice, beds were comfortable, coffee was hot and Danish were good. The rooms were a little dated but very comfortable. They are doing a great job updating everything. Will stay there again when we come get our cat.

I will start off that to all that has seen the post about a family that stayed here that supposedly lost everything and they are saying that the management took everything from them that is A LIE! The manager bought them food and did everything for them I have witnessed this first hand I have been a long term resident here that the relax Inn for 2 months now they have been more than accommodating and been the most wonderful people i have ever met! This motel is the best motel in Southwest Virginia and to think these people would say the things about makes my blood boil! The management works hard day in and day out to make this place feel like a home! So to all people out there don't believe the lies these individuals are spreading the trashed the room they stayed in I witnessed this first hand so know this if there is anyone who needs to have a place to call home it is here at the relax Inn you will not find any better place to rent than here! I would greatly appreciate it if the individuals whom has stayed at relax Inn to come and give a great review that would be fantastic!

Hi Angela, I hope you are doing well. I recently stayed at your Relax Inn and everything was good. But we made a mistake during checkout. Our room was already paid until December 1st, but we accidentally renewed the room early on November 30th and paid extra. We did not use the extra night. Stayed here when hiking the AT, it is right off the trail. The staff/ /management were so very nice, they are working really hard to renovate the hotel, we appreciated thier friendliness. Quiet stay, felt safe.
